Wesley Howsons short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Gareth Grayson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roy Booker during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for John Eastwood to strike the kick off in the second half. Brendon Beverley struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Gareth Grayson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FIVEteen United. 58 minutes into the match, Romeo Clarkson sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Harvey Baldwin threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Romeo Clarkson this time. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John Eastwood couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cranbrook AFC's goalkeeper Gareth Grayson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gareth Grayson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brendon Beverley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
