Spectators: 5010 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 10) Junior Brennan made the kick off and thus started the match. 5 minutes into the match, Dracula Boys's goalkeeper Louie Munday had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricky Button. In the 7th minute, Ricky Button ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Louie Munday was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Ricky Button's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Louie Munday read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Marty Duffy hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. A collision led to Streatham Starlights getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Kristopher Haugue hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ken Champion in the 17th minute of play forced Streatham Starlights's goalkeeper Miles Fowler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Streatham Starlights's Kristopher Haugue dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ken Champion in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miles Fowler saved Streatham Starlights from getting behind. If Verne Broadbent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miles Fowler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlton Proctor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, Kristopher Haugue hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Verne Broadbent ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Louie Munday was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Verne Broadbent blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Louie Munday having to make a save. Junior Brennan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Louie Munday when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 46 minutes, Mike Langford mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Streatham Starlights and the Dracula Boys players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Dracula Boys booed when Streatham Starlights was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mike Langford didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ken Champion made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Kristopher Haugue left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Streatham Starlights fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Frazer Blower's late challenge caught a Streatham Starlights's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frazer Blower helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of Dracula Boys:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Streatham Starlights:s goal. Ricky Button received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Louie Munday tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Verne Broadbent blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Louie Munday having to make a save. Ricky Button received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Louie Munday tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Verne Broadbent in the 69th minute of play forced Dracula Boys's goalkeeper Louie Munday to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Verne Broadbent notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Dracula Boys's Louie Munday. Louie Munday was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 81st minute Ken Champion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miles Fowler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Streatham Starlights's Miles Fowler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ken Champion in the 81st minute of play. Miles Fowler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chesney Gulliver in the 85th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Miles Fowler successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Miles Fowler made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Chesney Gulliver sent off a good shot on target. Verne Broadbent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Louie Munday tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Louie Munday showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Verne Broadbent in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th match minute, Dracula Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Scott Rusby to maneuver through the defense. Verne Broadbent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Louie Munday tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Streatham Starlights walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
