Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Jeff Gardner started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Kirk Brimble recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeff Gardner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute of the game, Chip Messenger landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kieran McAleer during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 15 played minutes Cove got a freekick which was hit by Kieran McAleer. Al Humphreys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The long shot by John Paul Munday in the 29th minute really tested Keanu Pitman's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Al Humphreys made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by John Paul Fielden during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Entrerrios Fluenca booed when Cove was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Paul Fielden didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Al Humphreys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77thth minute of the game Jeff Gardner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Entrerrios Fluenca's Keanu Pitman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Entrerrios Fluenca's Kirk Brimble got his second yellow card of the match in the 79th minute. The referee ordered Kirk Brimble off the ground. A collision led to Entrerrios Fluenca getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Kirk Brimble hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Jeff Gardner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keanu Pitman was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. 84 minutes into the match, Cove's Jeff Gardner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Keanu Pitman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
