In the 9thth minute of the game John Goodwick who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but French Toast Mafia's Piers Partridge was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rod Hunt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kelvin Southgate's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Buster Beard skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Conal Lydiate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Piwkol FC's goalkeeper Buster Beard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rod Hunt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Buster Beard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rod Hunt in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Buster Beard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40th minute John Goodwick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piers Partridge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kelvin Southgate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Piwkol FC booed when French Toast Mafia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cliff Perryman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Piwkol FC's Steven Farrow tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Goodwick in the 49th minute of play forced French Toast Mafia's goalkeeper Piers Partridge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rod Hunt made a kick off. French Toast Mafia's Piers Partridge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save French Toast Mafia from getting a goal against them. After 53 played minutes French Toast Mafia got a freekick which was hit by Adam Bowler. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, John Goodwick managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piwkol FC's supporters rose to their feet, but John Goodwick was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Piers Partridge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. John Goodwick's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Piers Partridge skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. During the 67th minute of the match Cliff Perryman completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cliff Perryman a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 69 minutes, Kelvin Southgate mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the French Toast Mafia and the Piwkol FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kelvin Southgate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Buster Beard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vincent Langley charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vincent Langley the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd minute, Vincent Langley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conal Lydiate's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Piers Partridge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, French Toast Mafia's goalkeeper Piers Partridge had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Goodwick. Conal Lydiate might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Piers Partridge. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Conal Lydiate ran back to his position shaking his head. Conal Lydiate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Piers Partridge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Conal Lydiate came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Piwkol FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conal Lydiate couldn't finish the play. The Piwkol FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented French Toast Mafia from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
