Walthamstow City's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Denzil Brady made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugh Phippard in the 11th minute of play. Pig FC's Denzil Brady proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Pig FC from getting a goal against them. 15 minutes into the game, Walthamstow City's Iain Milton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Denzil Brady made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Iain Milton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iain Milton who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Denzil Brady when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 27 minutes into the match, Iain Milton dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Denzil Brady, 3-0. 33 minutes into the match, Pig FC's goalkeeper Denzil Brady had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iain Milton. Hugh Phippard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iain Milton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Denzil Brady having to make a save. Hugh Phippard was extremely unlucky when he, in the 40th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 41st minute Hugh Phippard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denzil Brady saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Hugh Phippard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Walthamstow City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugh Phippard to strike the kick off in the second half. Denzil Brady showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keiran Pitman in the 76th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugh Phippard in the 78th minute of play forced Pig FC's goalkeeper Denzil Brady to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pig FC's zone, Hugh Phippard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denzil Brady came out of the goal and Hugh Phippard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pig FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugh Phippard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Denzil Brady stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hugh Phippard's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Hugh Phippard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denzil Brady having to interfere. Walthamstow City's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
