The audience thought a goal was coming when Stuart Gurney got free with Brynn Wiley in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Brynn Wiley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zak Whitworth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tyler Osbon was extremely unlucky when he, in the 22nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Stuart Gurney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Stuart Gurney managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thame's supporters rose to their feet, but Stuart Gurney was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brynn Wiley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alf Shepherd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stuart Gurney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stuart Gurney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Brynn Wiley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brynn Wiley made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Stuart Gurney sent off a good shot on target. Stuart Gurney who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Brynn Wiley when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Damion Preece to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Tyler Osbon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ISLAHIYE's Brynn Wiley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brynn Wiley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tyler Osbon in the 57th minute of play. Josh Button kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. ISLAHIYE's Brynn Wiley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stuart Gurney in the 61st minute of play. Brynn Wiley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tyler Osbon in the 68th minute of the match. In the 68thth minute of the game Tyler Osbon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ISLAHIYE's Brynn Wiley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to ISLAHIYE getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Tim Patton hit a great ball. ISLAHIYE's Brynn Wiley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tyler Osbon in the 71st minute of play. Tyler Osbon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brynn Wiley having to interfere. Damien Shakespeare's late challenge caught a ISLAHIYE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damien Shakespeare helped the player get up and apologised. Damien Shakespeare hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Despite being the better team, Thame failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
