Spectators: 6734 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vic Wicks kicked off to start the match. If Vic Wicks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jay Delamore made in the 8th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lambeth FC's Crispin Boyd. Edward Pearson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ross Newton in the 13th minute of play. Lambeth FC's Edward Pearson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ross Newton in the 18th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Lambeth FC got a freekick which was hit by Crispin Boyd. Freddie Dryden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Bayford having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Ethan Airton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Bayford was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Edward Pearson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ross Newton in the 35th minute of play. Ivan Bayford took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vic Wicks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Vauxhall United's zone, Vic Wicks stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Bayford came out of the goal and Vic Wicks tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ivan Bayford showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ethan Airton in the 42nd minute of the match. When Ethan Airton came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Lambeth FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ethan Airton couldn't finish the play. After the first half Lambeth FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ross Newton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the game Freddy Rawson made a throw-in which Cody Hamilton played forward. Cody Hamilton hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. If Ethan Airton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Bayford showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vic Wicks in the 66th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the game, Vic Wicks recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ivan Bayford. Vic Wicks showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. 70 minutes into the match, Vauxhall United's goalkeeper Ivan Bayford had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martyn Hallam. In the 77th minute of the game Freddy Rawson made a throw-in which CJ Fletcher played forward. In the 79th minute, Ross Newton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edward Pearson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Ivan Bayford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vic Wicks in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Ethan Airton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Vauxhall United's Ivan Bayford got control of the ball when Vic Wicks tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute Cody Hamilton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Pearson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vauxhall United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 98th minute, when Ethan Airton scored to the left of an out of position Ivan Bayford, making the score, 1-5.
