Stewart Giles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rich Barratt in the 16th minute of play. Tommy Jennings received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Hojen Rovers's Samuel Moyse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Fish in the 19th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Tommy Jennings managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baltic Pearl FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tommy Jennings was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Moyse breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baltic Pearl FC's Stewart Giles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Devon Cheeseman in the 25th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Vic Rundell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tommy Jennings had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute Rich Barratt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stewart Giles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Jennings sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuel Moyse didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Baltic Pearl FC's Tommy Jennings shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Samuel Moyse successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Devon Cheeseman made a kick off. If Tommy Jennings had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tyler Fearns sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tommy Jennings recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Moyse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Jennings, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baltic Pearl FC's Stewart Giles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Devon Cheeseman in the 77th minute of play. Rich Barratt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stewart Giles having to make a save. After some careless play in the Hojen Rovers defense, Tommy Jennings kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Samuel Moyse. The Hojen Rovers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Samuel Moyse should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute, Rich Barratt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Baltic Pearl FC's zone, Rich Barratt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stewart Giles came out of the goal and Rich Barratt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hojen Rovers's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
