CJ Haxby made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guy Rayner in the 23rd minute of play. Cody Bevan charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cody Bevan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cody Bevan hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Kirk Machin might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joe Dennison. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kirk Machin ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 34 minutes, Kirk Machin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RKS ANATOL CZ-WA NEWQUAY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kirk Machin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. RKS ANATOL CZ-WA NEWQUAY's CJ Haxby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guy Rayner in the 39th minute of play. Dominic Bradley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but CJ Haxby made a huge save. Cody Bevan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joe Dennison having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kirk Machin was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, RKS ANATOL CZ-WA NEWQUAY's goal looked a bit too open when Dominic Bradley came free, but CJ Haxby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guy Rayner in the 54th minute of play forced RKS ANATOL CZ-WA NEWQUAY's goalkeeper CJ Haxby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Aaron Wicks made a precise shot to the right of Joe Dennison. Barnsley's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 94 played minutes, RKS ANATOL CZ-WA NEWQUAY's Conal Beard shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joe Dennison came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in RKS ANATOL CZ-WA NEWQUAY reached it. In the 96th minute, Aaron Wicks got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. RKS ANATOL CZ-WA NEWQUAY walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
