Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 2 minutes, David Beaver mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the nafienaf and the Hemel Hempstead City players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, nafienaf's David Beaver got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 7thth minute of the game Gus Golding who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hemel Hempstead City's Stan Mannell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. nafienaf's Chaz Hinchcliffe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles Lambert in the 9th minute of play. If Charles Lambert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gus Golding scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stan Mannell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Charles Lambert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chaz Hinchcliffe having to interfere. Dom Brooke took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stan Mannell. Stan Mannell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Chaz Hinchcliffe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Lambert in the 31st minute of play. Fraser Parkin might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chaz Hinchcliffe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fraser Parkin ran back to his position shaking his head. Gus Golding received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Stan Mannell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gus Golding was the one to do the kick off. Charles Lambert scored 1-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chaz Hinchcliffe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. nafienaf's Gus Golding got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Dom Brooke made a precise shot to the right of Stan Mannell. Hemel Hempstead City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. The audience was convinced that Gus Golding's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stan Mannell was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Charles Lambert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. nafienaf walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
