The supporters of Staines FC booed when carrick red star was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marc Corrigan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Charlie Crooks fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After having played for 66 minutes, Charlie Crooks managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. carrick red star's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charlie Crooks was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 67th match minute, Staines FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tris Hughes to maneuver through the defense.
