The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marc Corrigan was the one to do the kick off. Staines FC's Jude Ellershaw played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dion Almond in the 60th minute of play. Ben Brookman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jude Ellershaw having to interfere. If Ben Brookman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Dion Almond notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Staines FC's Jude Ellershaw. Jude Ellershaw was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 75th minute, arsernal's Dion Almond ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jude Ellershaw. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dion Almond in the 80th minute of play forced Staines FC's goalkeeper Jude Ellershaw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd match minute, Staines FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bart Coulshaw to maneuver through the defense. arsernal's Ritchie Heath couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute. In the 91st minute Dion Almond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jude Ellershaw saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jude Ellershaw made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ben Brookman in the 92nd minute. After having played for 97 minutes, Dion Almond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. arsernal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dion Almond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
