Timothy Longthorn got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Sebastien Boatman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stuart Wilson in the 76th minute of the match. If Stuart Wilson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jay Grantham might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastien Boatman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jay Grantham ran back to his position shaking his head. Tristram Talbot scored 1-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jermaine Haper, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute of the match, Len Lister tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jermaine Haper saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 91st minute, Tristram Talbot ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jermaine Haper was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Dipton eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
