Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when William Deeney took the kick off in the first half of the match. Daniel Mansell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Will Deacon having to interfere. In the 8thth minute of the game Daniel Mansell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hurworth's Will Deacon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felix Farrow fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Will Deacon having to interfere. Will Deacon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Mansell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Mansell struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Will Deacon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pretorians. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Mansell in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Will Deacon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Mansell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Will Deacon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Mansell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Will Deacon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. If Donny Farrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 30 minutes into the match, Pretorians's goal looked a bit too open when Donny Farrell came free, but Tony Folan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hurworth's Will Deacon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Hurworth from getting a goal against them. If Felix Farrow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Farrow received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Will Deacon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Mansell made a kick off. Hurworth's Will Deacon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Mansell in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Bobby Gower was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hurworth's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pretorians the free kick. Bobby Gower kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hurworth's zone, Daniel Mansell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Will Deacon came out of the goal and Daniel Mansell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Pretorians booed when Hurworth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andre Blakeley didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hurworth's zone, Sacha Smith stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Will Deacon came out of the goal and Sacha Smith tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Will Deacon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Mansell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Felix Farrow managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pretorians's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Farrow was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Will Deacon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felix Farrow received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Will Deacon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donny Farrell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 77 minutes of play, Pretorians's Daniel Mansell made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Will Deacon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Andre Blakeley hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the game, Pretorians's Daniel Mansell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Will Deacon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 91st minute Felix Farrow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Will Deacon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sacha Smith hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Donny Farrell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Tony Folan made a huge save. Will Deacon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sacha Smith in the 97th minute of play. Pretorians's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
