Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Arden's David Hopker started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Arden's Stan Hutchins got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Rueben Young recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Arden booed when Ilford Town Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ken Yorke didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 played minutes Ilford Town Fc got a freekick which was hit by Rupert Morrell. Rupert Morrell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Jeremy Tuck made a huge save. In the 21st minute, Ilford Town Fc's Rueben Young ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jeremy Tuck. Jeremy Tuck yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Jeremy Tuck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Larry Edmunds, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kevin Winterbottom hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Zack Gibson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Jeremy Tuck skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rupert Morrell who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Jeremy Tuck when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Ilford Town Fc defense, Scott Monk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stan Morrison. The Ilford Town Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stan Morrison should have stopped the shot. In the 38th minute of the match, Larry Edmunds tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jeremy Tuck saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rueben Young blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeremy Tuck having to make a save. Rueben Young sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeremy Tuck made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Zack Gibson sent off a good shot on target. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

52 minutes into the game, Ilford Town Fc's Rupert Morrell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremy Tuck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. In the 58th minute, Larry Edmunds left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ilford Town Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. In the 61stth minute of the game Zack Gibson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arden's Jeremy Tuck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Ilford Town Fc's Zack Gibson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeremy Tuck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 68 minutes, Rueben Young mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ilford Town Fc and the Arden players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arden's Jeremy Tuck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Larry Edmunds in the 72nd minute of play. Stan Morrison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Hopker, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Stan Morrison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Devon Lester in the 74th minute of play. In the 77th minute Zack Gibson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremy Tuck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ilford Town Fc's Rueben Young got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeremy Tuck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rueben Young, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Jeremy Tuck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zack Gibson in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rueben Young in the 89th minute of play forced Arden's goalkeeper Jeremy Tuck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Zack Gibson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jeremy Tuck was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. In the 91st minute Rueben Young shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremy Tuck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zack Gibson in the 92nd minute of play forced Arden's goalkeeper Jeremy Tuck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ilford Town Fc's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
