Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Ross Lagdon started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Harold Hill's goal looked a bit too open when Ross Lagdon came free, but Billy Dexter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Will Davies fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Harold Hill's protests and gave Will Davies a yellow card for diving instead. Ross Lagdon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Billy Dexter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ashley Scorfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 17 played minutes Jerks United got a freekick which was hit by Ty Joynes. Stuart Pollock recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Billy Dexter was a little too slow when Ross Lagdon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-0. Stuart Pollock who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Billy Dexter when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jerks United's Ross Lagdon got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stuart Pollock got free with Billy Dexter in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Stuart Pollock took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Billy Dexter to make any attempt to save it. If Stuart Pollock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ross Lagdon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Billy Dexter didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 47th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Ashley Scorfield made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stuart Pollock in the 54th minute of play forced Harold Hill's goalkeeper Billy Dexter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billy Dexter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ross Lagdon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Stuart Pollock managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jerks United's supporters rose to their feet, but Stuart Pollock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Billy Dexter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Harold Hill's goalkeeper Billy Dexter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Stuart Pollock managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jerks United's supporters rose to their feet, but Stuart Pollock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Billy Dexter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ashley Scorfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Will Davies was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. Will Davies hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Jerks United's Ross Lagdon got a free kick in the 85th minute. When Stuart Pollock came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Jerks United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stuart Pollock couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Harold Hill's zone, Ross Lagdon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Billy Dexter came out of the goal and Ross Lagdon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ross Lagdon in the 95th minute of play forced Harold Hill's goalkeeper Billy Dexter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerks United's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
