Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antony Fairfax kicked off to start the match. Doncaster Rovers's Wayne Bensley got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Piers Floyd could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Dan Nash made a huge save. 5 minutes into the game, Sonny Stamp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Doncaster Rovers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Upwell the free kick. In the 5th minute, Sonny Stamp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sonny Stamp was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 7 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Doncaster Rovers's Sonny Stamp got a free kick in the 7th minute. Sebastien Horseman's late challenge caught a Doncaster Rovers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastien Horseman helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Upwell getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Sebastien Horseman hit a great ball. Dan Nash took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Keith McGrath, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keith McGrath in the 25th minute of play forced Doncaster Rovers's goalkeeper Dan Nash to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barry Tindale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Dan Nash tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Keith McGrath notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Doncaster Rovers's Dan Nash. Dan Nash was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piers Floyd got free with Dan Nash in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dan Nash showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keith McGrath in the 34th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Doncaster Rovers's goal looked a bit too open when Dean Goodman came free, but Dan Nash reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Upwell's Keith McGrath ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dan Nash. Dan Nash yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Piers Floyd succeeded in the game's 46th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Keith McGrath made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Olly Claydon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Upwell's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Doncaster Rovers the free kick. After 53 played minutes Upwell got a freekick which was hit by Olly Claydon. The supporters of Upwell booed when Doncaster Rovers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antony Fairfax didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute of the match Eric Rider sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dan Nash skillfully saved the ball. Eric Appleton hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Doncaster Rovers's Wayne Bensley got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Alistair Peake hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. William Hunter charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed William Hunter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. William Hunter hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After 79 played minutes, Upwell's Lawrence Garner shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dan Nash came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Upwell reached it. 83 minutes into the match, Sebastien Horseman notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Doncaster Rovers's Dan Nash. Dan Nash was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 87 minutes into the game, Piers Floyd cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Dan Nash was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dan Nash showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keith McGrath, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Dean Goodman kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Upwell players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
