Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Bryan Pell started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Kristopher Mann notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Jerks United's Brigid Martyn. Brigid Martyn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 7thth minute of the game Ross Lagdon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but North Stars's Matthew Francis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jerks United's Brigid Martyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristopher Mann in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Bryan Pell made a precise shot to the right of Brigid Martyn. Jerks United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Jerks United's Ross Lagdon got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ross Lagdon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in North Stars's zone, Ross Lagdon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matthew Francis came out of the goal and Ross Lagdon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute, Jeff Meehan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute of the match Franz Rouse shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Brigid Martyn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ross Lagdon in the 46th minute of play forced North Stars's goalkeeper Matthew Francis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stuart Pollock came free with the goalkeeper in the 48th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Matthew Francis could save by the left post.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ross Lagdon to strike the kick off in the second half. Stuart Pollock struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Matthew Francis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jerks United. Jerks United's Stuart Pollock got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 59 minutes into the game, North Stars's Kristopher Mann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brigid Martyn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Kristopher Mann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 67 played minutes North Stars got a freekick which was hit by Bryan Pell. Ross Lagdon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthew Francis having to interfere. Stuart Pollock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Matthew Francis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jerks United's Stuart Pollock got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stuart Pollock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthew Francis having to interfere. When Stuart Pollock came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Jerks United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stuart Pollock couldn't finish the play. 86 minutes into the match, Jerks United's Ross Lagdon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matthew Francis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Matthew Francis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ross Lagdon in the 90th minute of play. Stuart Pollock took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matthew Francis. Matthew Francis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Jerks United lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
