With his leg Billie Gallagher managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Bailes FC's Duncan Sherman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sly Hamer took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Billie Gallagher. Billie Gallagher dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. A collision led to Bailes FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Brendon Pickard hit a great ball. Jez Wilkins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tony Lock's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute, Wes Charlton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Tony Lock came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Woodmancote United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tony Lock couldn't finish the play. 76 minutes into the match, Bailes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Lock came free, but Jez Wilkins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
