Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Joseph Basham made the kick off which started today's match. Cliff Haxby made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Fleming in the 6th minute of play. Alexander Newton's late challenge caught a Manchester City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexander Newton helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, WKS ZAWISZA's Alexander Newton got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 10th minute, Manchester City's Shawn Bodsworth seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Shawn Bodsworth the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Manchester City protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Shawn Bodsworth had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The goalkeeper, Noel Doona, was totally fooled by WKS ZAWISZA's Al Wilson, who 11 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Cliff Haxby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Mann, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 21 minutes, Richard Fleming mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manchester City and the WKS ZAWISZA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Manchester City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Fleming to maneuver through the defense. Warren Houlahan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Noel Doona. Manchester City's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Greg Crossley came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Manchester City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Greg Crossley couldn't finish the play. Greg Crossley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cliff Haxby having to interfere. Cliff Haxby took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Mann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 minutes, Keith Bamford mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manchester City and the WKS ZAWISZA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Keith Bamford kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, WKS ZAWISZA's goal looked a bit too open when Greg Crossley came free, but Cliff Haxby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carl Lester charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carl Lester the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Manchester City! The goalkeeper, Noel Doona, was totally fooled by WKS ZAWISZA's Al Wilson, who 48 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Greg Crossley to strike the kick off in the second half. Vance Rogers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cliff Haxby having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Vance Rogers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Greg Crossley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Manchester City's Vance Rogers got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Joseph Basham managed to get in a good position for a shot. WKS ZAWISZA's supporters rose to their feet, but Joseph Basham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noel Doona breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Greg Crossley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Cliff Haxby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vance Rogers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zane Machin scored 3-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Noel Doona, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Greg Crossley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eric Mann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Cliff Haxby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cliff Haxby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vance Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Vance Rogers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Joseph Basham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vance Rogers struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Cliff Haxby didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manchester City. Freddie Harding's late challenge caught a WKS ZAWISZA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Freddie Harding helped the player get up and apologised. Noel Doona didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexander Newton went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Manchester City's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because WKS ZAWISZA had won, even though Manchester City had held more of the ball.
