The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ken Porter struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. WKS ZAWISZA's Cliff Haxby tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 17 minutes into the match, WKS ZAWISZA's goal looked a bit too open when Matty Davenport came free, but Cliff Haxby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matty Davenport received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Cliff Haxby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cliff Haxby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ken Porter in the 20th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Ken Porter put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Cliff Haxby. Albert Cartwright kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Caleb Eadan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. WKS ZAWISZA's Cliff Haxby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matty Davenport in the 38th minute of play. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Matty Davenport sped through WKS ZAWISZA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cliff Haxby. After 44 played minutes tottanham got a freekick which was hit by Ken Porter. Zane Machin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half tottanham were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Warren Houlahan in the 51st minute of play forced tottanham's goalkeeper Lewis Norfolk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 52nd minute, Charles Soussan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Zane Machin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. tottanham's Lewis Norfolk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joseph Basham in the 59th minute of play. WKS ZAWISZA's Joseph Basham managed to work through tottanham's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Joseph Basham dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. tottanham's Glyn Hoult couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 65th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for WKS ZAWISZA. Cliff Haxby made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ken Porter in the 68th minute of play. Matty Davenport received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Cliff Haxby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 73 minutes, Tyrone Mansfield mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the tottanham and the WKS ZAWISZA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tyrone Mansfield hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute Ken Porter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cliff Haxby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ken Porter struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Cliff Haxby didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for tottanham. Matty Davenport fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cliff Haxby having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Ken Porter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Matty Davenport notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of WKS ZAWISZA's Cliff Haxby. Cliff Haxby was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. WKS ZAWISZA's Cliff Haxby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ken Porter in the 93rd minute of play. If Warren Houlahan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. tottanham walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
