After a rather tough play, Warrington Knights's Danny Prutton got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute, Kev Batty sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Warrington Knights's Lance Moore didn't even have to move. Will Greenfield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lance Moore having to interfere. Will Greenfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richie Brooks in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lance Moore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Will Greenfield scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lance Moore, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When AlcoTeam St Neots FC's Richie Brooks in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Lance Moore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Warrington Knights getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Zane Berryman hit a great ball. Lance Moore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Richie Brooks's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Will Greenfield got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 43rd minute, Danny Prutton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Warrington Knights players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AlcoTeam St Neots FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andrew Roy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Warrington Knights's zone, Will Greenfield stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lance Moore came out of the goal and Will Greenfield tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kris Kay in the 56th minute of play forced AlcoTeam St Neots FC's goalkeeper Barry Mann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Warrington Knights's Lance Moore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Will Greenfield in the 61st minute of play. Warrington Knights's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Richie Brooks 66 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richie Brooks in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lance Moore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 75 in the game by Richie Brooks from a close distance when the talented Lance Moore managed to make a qualified save. Warrington Knights's players were relieved. Lance Moore was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Kev Batty. Lance Moore didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 87th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Will Greenfield received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Lance Moore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AlcoTeam St Neots FC played a much better game than Warrington Knights and deserved their victory. The Warrington Knights players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
