Spectators: 7522 (Terracing: 5642, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Cantelowes FC's Grozdan Genkovski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonny Dudgeon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 6 played minutes Ash Kingston rounded Wanlip AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Jonny Dudgeon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Neil Prince tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Grozdan Genkovski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cantelowes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Grozdan Genkovski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Neil Prince breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12th minute, Grozdan Genkovski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cantelowes FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Ralph Carey kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. If Jonny Dudgeon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Neil Prince managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Cantelowes FC's Grozdan Genkovski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ralph Carey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cirino Montaña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joe Lobb in the 32nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Cantelowes FC defense, Joe Lobb kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cirino Montaña. The Cantelowes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cirino Montaña should have stopped the shot. Grozdan Genkovski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Neil Prince came out and tried to block the shot, but Grozdan Genkovski slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 35th minute. If Jonny Dudgeon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grozdan Genkovski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Neil Prince tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wanlip AFC's Neil Prince played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonny Dudgeon in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Grozdan Genkovski notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Wanlip AFC's Neil Prince. Neil Prince was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

51 minutes into the game, Joe Lobb was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wanlip AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cantelowes FC the free kick. Joe Lobb kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Wanlip AFC defense, Grozdan Genkovski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Neil Prince. The Wanlip AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Neil Prince should have stopped the shot. Jonny Dudgeon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the game, Jonny Dudgeon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Neil Prince was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Grozdan Genkovski sped through Wanlip AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Neil Prince. 64 minutes into the game, Jacob Grayson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cantelowes FC's Jonny Dudgeon quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Neil Prince showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonny Dudgeon in the 65th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Grozdan Genkovski notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Wanlip AFC's Neil Prince. Neil Prince was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Cantelowes FC fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Cantelowes FC's Jonny Dudgeon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jonny Dudgeon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78thth minute of the game Grozdan Genkovski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wanlip AFC's Neil Prince was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Billie Clement charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Billie Clement the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Wanlip AFC booed when Cantelowes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billie Clement didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neil Prince made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grozdan Genkovski in the 88th minute of play. Joe Lobb fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 92nd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. In the 94th minute Ash Kingston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neil Prince saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonny Dudgeon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cantelowes FC fully deserved thier win.
