Anselmo Pallini started the match with the kick off. Sebastien Winterbottom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 16 minutes, Josh Blackwell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RKS RAKÓW 1921 and the Sidcup players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Sidcup booed when RKS RAKÓW 1921 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josh Blackwell didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in RKS RAKÓW 1921's zone, Mike Llewellyn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alastair Tabb came out of the goal and Mike Llewellyn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anselmo Pallini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kasey Pryor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Darius Brookes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alastair Tabb was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 29th minute, Josh Blackwell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isaac Lightfoot struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Alastair Tabb didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sidcup. Alastair Tabb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mike Llewellyn in the 36th minute of the match. Anselmo Pallini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Kasey Pryor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 44 minutes, Alan Skinner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RKS RAKÓW 1921's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alan Skinner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Anselmo Pallini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alastair Tabb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mike Llewellyn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Mike Llewellyn made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Mike Llewellyn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alastair Tabb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Anselmo Pallini came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the RKS RAKÓW 1921 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Pallini couldn't finish the play. RKS RAKÓW 1921's Alastair Tabb proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save RKS RAKÓW 1921 from getting a goal against them. Isaac Lightfoot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alastair Tabb having to interfere. A collision led to RKS RAKÓW 1921 getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Alan Skinner hit a great ball. Walter Chegwyn didn't quite understand what happened when in the 83 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Anselmo Pallini sped through Sidcup's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kasey Pryor. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Isaac Lightfoot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sidcup's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaac Lightfoot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alastair Tabb breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sidcup's Mike Llewellyn got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
