Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Max Batty took the kick off in the first half of the match. Darius Brookes hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. A collision led to Sidcup getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Darius Brookes hit a great ball. In the 7th minute, Max Batty got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isaac Lightfoot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Ryan Dransfield tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sidcup's Mike Llewellyn in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wetheringsett Athletic's goalie prevented a goal. 15 minutes into the game, Guy Lobb cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Kasey Pryor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ryan Dransfield showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mike Llewellyn in the 21st minute of the match. Sebastien Winterbottom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryan Dransfield having to interfere. Isaac Lightfoot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Mike Llewellyn's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ryan Dransfield was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. In the 33rd minute, Mike Llewellyn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ryan Dransfield was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sidcup's goalkeeper Kasey Pryor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Sidcup defense, Guy Lobb kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kasey Pryor. The Sidcup fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kasey Pryor should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute, Sidcup's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Max Batty fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mike Llewellyn made a kick off. When Max Batty came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Wetheringsett Athletic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Max Batty couldn't finish the play. Isaac Lightfoot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wetheringsett Athletic's Ryan Dransfield proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Wetheringsett Athletic from getting a goal against them. Mike Llewellyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Wetheringsett Athletic getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Den Woodyat hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Isaac Lightfoot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Mike Llewellyn came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Sidcup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mike Llewellyn couldn't finish the play. Sidcup's Isaac Lightfoot got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Guy Lobb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the game, Wetheringsett Athletic's Max Batty nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kasey Pryor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Kasey Pryor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Batty, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Isaac Lightfoot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, Wetheringsett Athletic could leave the field as winners, despite Sidcup having more of the ball for most of the match.
