A collision led to Kenton getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Tristan Hook hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the game, Freddy Clist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. y is this so easy lol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kenton the free kick. Mick Sheppard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Russell Robinson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basil Whittington, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Ron Leadbeater sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kenton's Russell Robinson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basil Whittington in the 23rd minute of play. Russell Robinson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ron Leadbeater in the 24th minute of the match. Tristan Hook kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Russell Robinson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mick Mallon, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Kenton's goal looked a bit too open when Rufus Bull came free, but Russell Robinson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kenton's Tyrone Crouch got a free kick in the 29th minute. Duncan Childs, 30 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ron Leadbeater in the 32nd minute of play forced Kenton's goalkeeper Russell Robinson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kelvin Windsor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mick Sheppard, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Basil Whittington sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Russell Robinson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mick Mallon in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of y is this so easy lol booed when Kenton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tristan Hook didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Mick Sheppard in the 55th minute of play forced y is this so easy lol's goalkeeper Kelvin Windsor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 60 minutes, Mick Sheppard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kenton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mick Sheppard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcus Brookman hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Ron Leadbeater took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Russell Robinson. Russell Robinson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 69th minute, Ron Leadbeater ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Russell Robinson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Kenton's zone, Ron Leadbeater stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Russell Robinson came out of the goal and Ron Leadbeater tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 80 played minutes y is this so easy lol got a freekick which was hit by Calum Parkinson. After 81 played minutes, Kenton's Harry Milner shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kelvin Windsor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kenton reached it. Russell Robinson was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Ron Leadbeater capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ron Leadbeater really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Reggie Hamilton hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, y is this so easy lol's Ron Leadbeater sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Russell Robinson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, Kenton's goalkeeper Russell Robinson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ron Leadbeater. The Kenton fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. y is this so easy lol were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
