FC Running Riots's Trevor Cuss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gareth Hewitt in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to FC Running Riots getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Joseph Soussan hit a great ball. Trevor Cuss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luke McCartney, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Freddy Legzdins hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Ian Birchall was extremely unlucky when he, in the 29th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 36th minute Gareth Hewitt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trevor Cuss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC Running Riots's zone, Luke McCartney stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Trevor Cuss came out of the goal and Luke McCartney tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gareth Hewitt in the 42nd minute of play forced FC Running Riots's goalkeeper Trevor Cuss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Joseph Soussan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute FC REAL DR were awarded a corner. Lance Bower went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on FC REAL DR's corner Lance Bower fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Trevor Cuss quite easily take care of the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gareth Hewitt couldn't finish the play. Gary Plant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sly Fox having to interfere. Barney Newman hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, FC Running Riots's goal looked a bit too open when Gareth Hewitt came free, but Trevor Cuss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Running Riots's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Gareth Hewitt scored to the left of an out of position Trevor Cuss, making the score, 0-2. In the 89th minute, Gary Dry made a precise shot to the right of Trevor Cuss. FC Running Riots's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. FC Running Riots's Trevor Cuss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gareth Hewitt in the 95th minute of play.
