Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) With 5 minutes on the clock, Gerry Timmins commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of Hurst Green:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ESCOLI:s goal. Hurst Green's Zane Colley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Hurst Green from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank McCunnie in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zane Colley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 22 minutes into the match, Hurst Green's goalkeeper Zane Colley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrick Sullivan. When ESCOLI's Frank McCunnie in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hurst Green's goalie prevented a goal. Patrick Sullivan had several of the Hurst Green's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Zane Colley as he didn't even see the shot coming. With his leg Zane Colley managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when ESCOLI's Patrick Sullivan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Patrick Sullivan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zane Colley having to interfere. Zane Colley made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Patrick Sullivan sent off a good shot on target. Hurst Green's Zane Colley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank McCunnie in the 35th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Frank McCunnie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zane Colley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrick Sullivan in the 42nd minute. ESCOLI's Patrick Sullivan pulled a muscle in his leg after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hurst Green fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty!

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank McCunnie was the one to do the kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Frank McCunnie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hurst Green's Zane Colley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zane Colley came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by ESCOLI's Frank McCunnie. But to his dismay, Frank McCunnie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Frank McCunnie took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zane Colley. Zane Colley dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Frank McCunnie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zane Colley having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank McCunnie in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zane Colley saved Hurst Green from getting behind. In the 69th minute, Zak Worrall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zane Colley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank McCunnie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristian Fearns kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Frank McCunnie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zane Colley having to interfere. ESCOLI's Patrick Maxell got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chesney Courtney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Hurst Green's goal looked a bit too open when Frank McCunnie came free, but Zane Colley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hurst Green's goalkeeper Zane Colley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Charles Jepson struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Zane Colley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ESCOLI. Frank McCunnie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Hurst Green defense, Zak Worrall kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zane Colley. The Hurst Green fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zane Colley should have stopped the shot. In the 95th minute, Frank McCunnie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chip Lynch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Zane Colley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that ESCOLI were the better team. ESCOLI's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
