Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Pirroni-cum-Moze City's goalkeeper Stephen Devine had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Freddie Chalk. 6 minutes into the match, Pirroni-cum-Moze City's goal looked a bit too open when Freddie Chalk came free, but Stephen Devine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jay Porter hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Jason Forrest received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Wes Stockley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 16 minutes, Johnathan Short mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balsall Common and the Pirroni-cum-Moze City players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Balsall Common getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Johnathan Short hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, Johnathan Short hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Freddie Chalk scored 1-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stephen Devine, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Stephen Devine successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Freddie Chalk took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Stephen Devine to make any attempt to save it. Jason Forrest received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Wes Stockley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When John Paul Pitman fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Balsall Common's protests and gave John Paul Pitman a yellow card for diving instead. 43 minutes into the game, one of Balsall Common:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Wes Stockley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jason Forrest in the 48th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Shawn Bettney to make the kick off. Johnathan Short hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Shawn Bettney took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Wes Stockley to make any attempt to save it. If Freddie Chalk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stephen Devine didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adrian Steele went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. In the 64th minute, Jason Forrest left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pirroni-cum-Moze City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Stephen Devine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Steele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 played minutes Pirroni-cum-Moze City got a freekick which was hit by Richard Caine. Stephen Devine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Steele in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Pirroni-cum-Moze City's goal looked a bit too open when Freddie Chalk came free, but Stephen Devine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wes Stockley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jason Forrest in the 75th minute. Stephen Devine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddie Chalk, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 84th match minute, Balsall Common was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddie Chalk to maneuver through the defense. Jason Forrest sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
