In the 30th minute of the match, Edward Walton got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kasey Heath was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Kevin Stone took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mark Kessler. Brynna FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ollie West kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vincent Boyd to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Ivan Downham was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brynna FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crystal Palace the free kick. After 51 played minutes Brynna FC got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Downham. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Brynna FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kevin Stone was slow to take the kick. During this time Crystal Palace's players had a chance to rest. In the 62nd match minute, Brynna FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Downham to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Henry Plummer took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Mark Kessler to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Crystal Palace's Vincent Boyd slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mark Kessler. That made the score 0-4 after 71 minutes of play. Ivan Downham lost his temper 74 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Brynna FC! Kevin Stone placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After a defensive mix-up in Crystal Palace's zone, Dean Hotte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kasey Heath came out of the goal and Dean Hotte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edward Walton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ollie West fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasey Heath having to interfere.
