Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Slough F C's Phil Tynan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Beadle in the 4th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Tristan Theakston managed to get in a good position for a shot. Slough F C's supporters rose to their feet, but Tristan Theakston was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Micheal Lodge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Micheal Lodge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Theakston in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Tristan Theakston fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Micheal Lodge, passed just outside the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sol Boxall got free with Micheal Lodge in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Slough F C booed when Walker was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Halloran didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Tristan Theakston got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Walker's Haralds Modernieks got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 30 minutes of play, Slough F C's Sol Boxall made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Micheal Lodge was left in no man's land by his defense there! Frazer Purvis hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute of the match Dave Halloran shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Phil Tynan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Slough F C getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Sol Boxall hit a great ball. Oscar Beadle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Phil Tynan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Haralds Modernieks hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Sol Boxall could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which Micheal Lodge however easily saved by the left post. Sol Boxall's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Micheal Lodge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Tristan Theakston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Micheal Lodge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute Tristan Theakston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Micheal Lodge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tristan Theakston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tristan Theakston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Micheal Lodge having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Slough F C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Oscar Beadle fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Walker's Micheal Lodge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sol Boxall in the 95th minute of play. Walker's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Slough F C had won, even though Walker had held more of the ball.
