After a defensive mix-up in Psycho Squad's zone, Robbie Seaward stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brian Hurst came out of the goal and Robbie Seaward tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robbie Seaward received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Brian Hurst tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Abraham Cardwell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crowborough's supporters rose to their feet, but Abraham Cardwell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brian Hurst breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Psycho Squad's Oscar Dibb got a free kick in the 8th minute. Robbie Seaward sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute, Rob Robins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brian Hurst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robbie Seaward in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Abraham Cardwell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Brian Hurst was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Brian Hurst took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robbie Seaward, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 24th minute by Nial Stevens got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Robbie Seaward struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Brian Hurst didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crowborough. 27 minutes into the game, Laurence Farmer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Psycho Squad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crowborough the free kick. Robbie Seaward struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Brian Hurst didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crowborough. If Nial Stevens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 played minutes Crowborough got a freekick which was hit by Damion Bolton. Robbie Seaward scored 0-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Brian Hurst, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Oscar Dibb hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, Psycho Squad's goal looked a bit too open when Robbie Seaward came free, but Brian Hurst reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Robbie Seaward took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Brian Hurst to make any attempt to save it. The Psycho Squad fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Crowborough were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
