Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rex Stevens charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rex Stevens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Dolton City getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Kirk McCormick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luke Ellis in the 8th minute of the match. Graham Little fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Prutton having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Graham Little hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Graham Little recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Mr White Fc's Ivan Prutton got control of the ball when Andrew Clare tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathon Hill's late challenge caught a Dolton City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathon Hill helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Dolton City booed when Mr White Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathon Hill didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 19 played minutes, Dolton City's Alfred Guest shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ivan Prutton came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dolton City reached it. 24 minutes into the game, Perry Burgess was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dolton City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mr White Fc the free kick. Perry Burgess kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Andrew Clare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Prutton having to interfere. Andrew Clare could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Ivan Prutton made a huge save. A collision led to Mr White Fc getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Jonathon Hill hit a great ball. If Graham Little had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Graham Little sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrew Clare who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Ivan Prutton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mr White Fc's Ivan Prutton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Mr White Fc from getting a goal against them. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The audience thought a goal was coming when Luke Ellis got free with Kirk McCormick in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Dolton City getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Perry Burgess hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the game, Andrew Clare was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The coaching staff of Mr White Fc protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Robbie Scargill had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 71 minutes into the game, one of Mr White Fc:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Andrew Clare came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Dolton City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrew Clare couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Mr White Fc getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Romeo Piercy hit a great ball. If Andrew Clare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mr White Fc's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alfred Guest was slow to take the kick. During this time Dolton City's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Dolton City's Andrew Clare to a score. 2-0 in the 91st minute. Andrew Clare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Dolton City were the better team. Dolton City's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
