To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jamie Wheeler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matt Howarth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Rupert Bartlett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francis Seagrave kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Francis Seagrave hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Albert Spencer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Matt Howarth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monkeys Village FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Matt Howarth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rupert Bartlett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Monkeys Village FC fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Monkeys Village FC's Matt Howarth looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bath's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jamie Wheeler was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 42 minutes into the match, Monkeys Village FC's Matt Howarth sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rupert Bartlett narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jamie Wheeler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rupert Bartlett was relentless in the 46th minute of the game.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kasey Crtichell to strike the kick off in the second half. Matt Howarth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Monkeys Village FC's Matt Howarth got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rupert Bartlett was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Matt Howarth showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 62 minute of play. A hard shot 65 in the game by Jamie Wheeler from a close distance when the talented Rupert Bartlett managed to make a qualified save. Bath's players were relieved. Matt Howarth's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rupert Bartlett read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. If Jamie Wheeler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 minutes, Francis Seagrave mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bath and the Monkeys Village FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Max Barker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Rupert Bartlett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 96 minutes, Matt Howarth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monkeys Village FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matt Howarth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Monkeys Village FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bath.
