Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jim Goodfellow kicked off to start the match. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vinnie Cole showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rupert Haylock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinnie Cole having to interfere. Vance Eldridge charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vance Eldridge the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, Vance Eldridge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jordan Ashton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rupert Haylock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinnie Cole having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Toby FC's Benji Fountain got a free kick in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jim Goodfellow in the 26th minute of play forced Toby FC's goalkeeper Darren Blythe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Toby FC's Darren Blythe got control of the ball when Lennie Hammett tried to sneak it across the goal line. Darren Blythe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Goodfellow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rupert Haylock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vance Eldridge kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Orson Gayle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jim Goodfellow's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Darren Blythe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Worcester Park's Vinnie Cole played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rupert Haylock in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of Worcester Park booed when Toby FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincent Nethercoat didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rupert Haylock to make the kick off. Worcester Park's Lennie Hammett got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Worcester Park booed when Toby FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matty Upson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lennie Hammett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jordan Ashton's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vinnie Cole firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 73rd minute, Worcester Park's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jordan Ashton fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 83rd minute of the match Graeme Bower sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vinnie Cole skillfully saved the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Lennie Hammett had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Darren Blythe. Toby FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lennie Hammett was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The audience was convinced that Lennie Hammett's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Darren Blythe was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lennie Hammett in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Darren Blythe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 95 minutes, Jordan Ashton made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Worcester Park's Vinnie Cole tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
