Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Loyd Scrivener kicked off to start the match. Conan Smith's late challenge caught a Ferndown Foxes FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conan Smith helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, All-blacks's Conan Smith got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Laurence Hill managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ferndown Foxes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Laurence Hill was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dean Gaskell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 8 minutes into the match, Ferndown Foxes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dale Davis came free, but Dean Tabb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ferndown Foxes FC's Laurence Hill got a free kick in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dale Davis in the 17th minute of play forced Ferndown Foxes FC's goalkeeper Dean Tabb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tommy Radcliffe helped the player get up and apologised. Loyd Scrivener recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Leroy Percival came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Ferndown Foxes FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leroy Percival couldn't finish the play. Dean Tabb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerry Dennison in the 30th minute of play. All-blacks were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Ferndown Foxes FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jeremy Mortimer took the corner. After taking down the ball on All-blacks's corner Jeremy Mortimer fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dean Tabb quite easily take care of the ball. In the 41st minute Dale Davis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dean Tabb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dean Tabb didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerry Dennison went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dale Davis to make the kick off. After 52 minutes, Jeremy Mortimer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the All-blacks and the Ferndown Foxes FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to All-blacks getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Jeremy Mortimer hit a great ball. Dean Gaskell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurence Hill in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Gerry Dennison cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Dean Tabb was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jerry Walmsley during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ferndown Foxes FC's Jerry Walmsley got a free kick in the 59th minute. If Gerry Dennison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Ferndown Foxes FC booed when All-blacks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conan Smith didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Leroy Percival had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dean Tabb made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerry Dennison in the 69th minute. After 73 played minutes Ferndown Foxes FC got a freekick which was hit by Laurence Hill. Gerry Dennison took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dean Tabb. Dean Tabb dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Simeon Torpey kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dean Tabb. That made the score 0-5 in the 78 minute of play. Dale Davis struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Dean Tabb didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for All-blacks. Dean Tabb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dale Davis, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dale Davis in the 87th minute of play forced Ferndown Foxes FC's goalkeeper Dean Tabb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 played minutes Ferndown Foxes FC got a freekick which was hit by Zak Mason. Jeremy Mortimer shot from long distance in the 90th minute, but Dean Tabb was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post.
