Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Redbourn United's Jordan Acton started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Guy Gerrard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jordan Acton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marty Titmus kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Jo Palmer took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Curtis Braithwaite to make any attempt to save it. After 9 played minutes Radcliffe-on-Trent got a freekick which was hit by Lee Wilkins. After a defensive mix-up in Radcliffe-on-Trent's zone, Jordan Acton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guy Gerrard came out of the goal and Jordan Acton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jo Palmer was extremely unlucky when he, in the 15th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Lee Wilkins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Curtis Braithwaite tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Jordan Acton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Redbourn United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 25 minutes into the game, Ollie Hellen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Curtis Braithwaite was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 32nd minute Pete Wallbank shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guy Gerrard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jordan Acton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 45 minutes, Silvester Hold mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Radcliffe-on-Trent and the Redbourn United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th minute of the match Lewis Foster sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Guy Gerrard skillfully saved the ball.

Lee Wilkins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Curtis Braithwaite having to interfere. Curtis Braithwaite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lee Wilkins in the 57th minute of the match. Jo Palmer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Curtis Braithwaite having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Redbourn United's zone, Jo Palmer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Curtis Braithwaite came out of the goal and Jo Palmer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Redbourn United's Gregory Bradbury suffered a sore thigh after 80 minutes and couldn't finish the game. A collision led to Radcliffe-on-Trent getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Ollie Hellen hit a great ball. The supporters of Radcliffe-on-Trent booed when Redbourn United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lewis Foster didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Les Newland fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Redbourn United's protests and gave Les Newland a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th minute, Les Newland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Curtis Braithwaite stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jo Palmer's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Radcliffe-on-Trent's goalkeeper Guy Gerrard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lee Wilkins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute, Jo Palmer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Curtis Braithwaite was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Radcliffe-on-Trent's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
