Ashley Singleton was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dom Halliday showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Anthony Reid managed to get in a good position for a shot. Knights of the Spring's supporters rose to their feet, but Anthony Reid was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ashley Singleton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Micheal Goodman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ashley Singleton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, Anthony Reid recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ashley Singleton. Anthony Reid showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Dom Halliday received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ashley Singleton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Russ Webster didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ed Crouch went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Edward Biernat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dom Halliday in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ashley Singleton saved Kilburn, Westbourne Park from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alex Bartlett made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Kilburn, Westbourne Park's goal looked a bit too open when Anthony Reid came free, but Ashley Singleton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anthony Reid scored 6-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ashley Singleton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ashley Singleton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Graham Osbon, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Dom Halliday sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kenny Speight charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kenny Speight the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th match minute, Kilburn, Westbourne Park was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenny Speight to maneuver through the defense. After 61 played minutes, Knights of the Spring's Jon Barnett shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ashley Singleton came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Knights of the Spring reached it. Kilburn, Westbourne Park's Ashley Singleton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Micheal Goodman in the 63rd minute of play. Ashley Singleton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dom Halliday in the 64th minute of play. When Knights of the Spring's Micheal Goodman in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kilburn, Westbourne Park's goalie prevented a goal. Russ Webster was a little too slow when Ed Crouch got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 6-2. 73 minutes into the match, Knights of the Spring's goal looked a bit too open when Kenny Speight came free, but Russ Webster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ed Crouch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Russ Webster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Kilburn, Westbourne Park's goal looked a bit too open when Dom Halliday came free, but Ashley Singleton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Knights of the Spring's Edward Biernat got a free kick in the 86th minute. If Dom Halliday had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anthony Reid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Ashley Singleton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Knights of the Spring fully deserved thier win.
