When Conal Richardson fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bourne's protests and gave Conal Richardson a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Bourne got a freekick which was hit by Conal Richardson. Miles Jobling hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Conal Richardson struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Will Kempson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bourne.
