The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Syd Worth stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Andover City booed when Wells was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jason Layfield didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas Stockton ran back to his position shaking his head. Will Kempson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Stockton in the 90th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Lucas Stockton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wells's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Stockton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Will Kempson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mitch Case in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Will Kempson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 97 minutes, Jason Layfield managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wells's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jason Layfield was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Andover City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Wells were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
