Spectators: 7546 (Terracing: 5661, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abraham Silvester took the kick off in the first half of the match. Abraham Silvester recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Nevėžis's Alan Kerr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Silvester in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Blair Bartlett left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Nevėžis fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Perry Heath sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Curttannia FC's goalkeeper Joshua Green, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Curttannia FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Seth Smith hit a great ball. After 23 played minutes Curttannia FC got a freekick which was hit by Seth Smith. Abraham Silvester in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alan Kerr, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Seth Smith's late challenge caught a FC Nevėžis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Seth Smith helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th minute, Seth Smith hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 35 played minutes FC Nevėžis got a freekick which was hit by Brandon Durrant. FC Nevėžis's Jake Chambers got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Curttannia FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Johnathon Hilditch hit a great ball. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Curttannia FC! The referee gave FC Nevėžis a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marek Lewington, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Curttannia FC's Joshua Green. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Piers Rathmell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, FC Nevėžis's goal looked a bit too open when Reuben Searle came free, but Alan Kerr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abraham Silvester sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Nevėžis's Alan Kerr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Silvester in the 59th minute of play. Piers Rathmell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joshua Green having to make a save. Joshua Green came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Nevėžis's Blair Bartlett. But to his dismay, Blair Bartlett quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 68 minutes into the match, FC Nevėžis's goal looked a bit too open when Reuben Searle came free, but Alan Kerr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 minutes, Piers Rathmell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Nevėžis and the Curttannia FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Piers Rathmell kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. FC Nevėžis's Piers Rathmell got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joshua Green made an important save on a dangerous shot by Blair Bartlett in the 78th minute. Joshua Green came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Nevėžis's Blair Bartlett. But to his dismay, Blair Bartlett quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 89 minutes into the game, Billie Monk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Nevėžis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curttannia FC the free kick. When Piers Rathmell came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the FC Nevėžis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Piers Rathmell couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Curttannia FC's Tristram Goodman got a free kick in the 97th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billie Monk in the 100th minute of play forced Curttannia FC's goalkeeper Joshua Green to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FC Nevėžis supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Nevėžis would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
