Spectators: 7482 (Terracing: 5613, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Harvey Nethercoat started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harvey Nethercoat got free with Henry Morcom in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kris Falkingham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Greg Bridgeman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Greg Bridgeman came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Tooting United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Greg Bridgeman couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute, Dylon Whitman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kris Falkingham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Evans having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Russ Long during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Tooting United getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Russ Long hit a great ball. Laniakea Super Cluster's Frank Evans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greg Bridgeman in the 28th minute of play. If Greg Bridgeman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kris Falkingham struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Frank Evans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tooting United. Frank Evans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Greg Bridgeman in the 37th minute of the match. Frank Evans came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Tooting United's Greg Bridgeman. But to his dismay, Greg Bridgeman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Greg Bridgeman came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Tooting United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Greg Bridgeman couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Greg Bridgeman to strike the kick off in the second half. Frank Evans made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Rhys Parrott sent off a good shot on target. Kris Falkingham blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frank Evans having to make a save. Chip Bateman charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chip Bateman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 61 minutes into the game, one of Tooting United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sebastien Cooper placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kris Falkingham during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tooting United's Kris Falkingham got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Tooting United's goal looked a bit too open when Harvey Nethercoat came free, but Henry Morcom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Richard Edwards was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 67 minutes into the match. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Laniakea Super Cluster! Grant Pointon shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Henry Morcom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlton Hitchcock in the 73rd minute of play. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Laniakea Super Cluster's goalkeeper Frank Evans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Laniakea Super Cluster's Frank Evans proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Laniakea Super Cluster from getting a goal against them. After 80 played minutes Greg Bridgeman rounded Laniakea Super Cluster's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. Greg Bridgeman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kris Falkingham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Evans having to interfere. Tooting United played a much better game than Laniakea Super Cluster and deserved their victory. The Laniakea Super Cluster players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
