Ronnie Couzens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Sargent in the 35th minute of the match. If Ed Powell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Manchester united players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. GALATASARAY were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aaron White stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ed Powell might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joel Burgess. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronnie Couzens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron White, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Ronnie Couzens was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vern Connor showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 90 minute of play. In the 95thth minute of the game Aaron White who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manchester united's Ronnie Couzens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 96th minute, Ed Powell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
