Pro Somalia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ollie Tate 17 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ollie Tate in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carl Ford saved Pro Somalia from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Craig Powell could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which Carl Ford however easily saved by the left post. Ollie Tate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sid Hanley's late challenge caught a Vitorino FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sid Hanley helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, Sid Hanley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brandon Noble might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carl Ford. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carl Ford was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 47 played minutes Vitorino FC got a freekick which was hit by Dale Foster. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sid Hanley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ollie Tate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Ford having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Craig Powell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carl Ford. Pro Somalia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Craig Powell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The audience was convinced that Ollie Tate's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carl Ford was relentless in the 61st minute of the game.
