Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ash Moxon took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Jack Fletcher had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sacha Bowland. Windsor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jack Fletcher was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jack Fletcher's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sacha Bowland read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Sacha Bowland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ash Moxon in the 11th minute of play. Windsor's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Ash Moxon scored to the left of an out of position Sacha Bowland, making the score, 2-0. In the 18th minute, Oscar Cunningham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute Oscar Cunningham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zackary Gallagher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 played minutes LUFC22 got a freekick which was hit by Garry Blake. Ash Moxon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sacha Bowland having to interfere. Larry Langsford took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sacha Bowland. Windsor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Sacha Bowland made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jack Fletcher in the 38th minute. A hard shot 39 in the game by Simeon Soussan from a close distance when the talented Sacha Bowland managed to make a qualified save. Windsor's players were relieved. In the 42nd minute Ash Moxon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sacha Bowland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tris Hicks was the one to do the kick off. Ash Moxon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sacha Bowland having to interfere. James Archer charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed James Archer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th minute, James Archer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Jack Fletcher managed to get in a good position for a shot. LUFC22's supporters rose to their feet, but Jack Fletcher was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sacha Bowland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 56th match minute, Windsor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marc Burns to maneuver through the defense. Jack Fletcher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Sacha Bowland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ash Moxon came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the LUFC22 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ash Moxon couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute, one of Windsor:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Windsor. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ash Moxon in the 68th minute of play forced Windsor's goalkeeper Sacha Bowland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Glenn Edworthy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jack Fletcher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, LUFC22's goalkeeper Zackary Gallagher had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Cunningham. If Ash Moxon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Windsor's zone, Jack Fletcher stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sacha Bowland came out of the goal and Jack Fletcher tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ash Moxon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Ash Moxon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sacha Bowland was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Tris Hicks's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zackary Gallagher read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Jack Fletcher blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sacha Bowland having to make a save. In the 92nd minute, Ash Moxon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sacha Bowland was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After having played for 96 minutes, Jack Fletcher managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LUFC22's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jack Fletcher was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Windsor's Sacha Bowland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Fletcher in the 101st minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. LUFC22 had played much better football throughout.
