After 25 minutes of play, Shaftesbury FC's Bradley Harkness made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lee Birchall was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Shawn Lane in the 28th minute of play forced Blackburn Olympic's goalkeeper Lee Birchall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lee Birchall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bradley Harkness in the 29th minute of the match. Bradley Harkness charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bradley Harkness the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Blackburn Olympic booed when Shaftesbury FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bradley Harkness didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute of the match, Shawn Lane got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lee Birchall was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Lee Birchall came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Shaftesbury FC's Shawn Lane. But to his dismay, Shawn Lane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Bradley Harkness received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Lee Birchall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bradley Harkness in the 89th minute of play forced Blackburn Olympic's goalkeeper Lee Birchall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Shaftesbury FC booed when Blackburn Olympic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Foster didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shawn Lane in the 95thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lee Birchall, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the final whistle sounded Shaftesbury FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Blackburn Olympic.
