Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lance Byrne in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bart Houghton saved Kemsing from getting behind. After 4 played minutes Kemsing got a freekick which was hit by Lance Beardsley. 6 minutes into the game, Jake Phelps was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shaftesbury's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kemsing the free kick. After a rather tough play, Shaftesbury's Jake Phelps got a free kick in the 6th minute. Franz Lightfoot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lance Byrne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bart Houghton having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Shaftesbury's goalkeeper Jon Gardner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronny Beaumont. Ronny Beaumont sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Kemsing's Howard Hutchings got a free kick in the 20th minute. Nathanial Harrison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Bart Houghton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jon Gardner was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Franz Lightfoot showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. Kemsing's Franz Lightfoot got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bart Houghton came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Shaftesbury's Nathanial Harrison. But to his dismay, Nathanial Harrison quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ronny Beaumont sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bart Houghton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lance Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The attack was good, but when Franz Lightfoot in the 43rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rory Flower during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 44 played minutes Shaftesbury got a freekick which was hit by Rory Flower. Jon Gardner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franz Lightfoot in the 45th minute of the match. If Franz Lightfoot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When Lance Byrne came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Shaftesbury fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lance Byrne couldn't finish the play. Bart Houghton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nathanial Harrison, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Bart Houghton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nathanial Harrison in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute Franz Lightfoot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon Gardner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nathanial Harrison recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Franz Lightfoot kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Nathanial Harrison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bart Houghton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lance Byrne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Bart Houghton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nathanial Harrison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bart Houghton having to interfere. Bart Houghton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lance Byrne in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nathanial Harrison in the 92nd minute of play forced Kemsing's goalkeeper Bart Houghton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Franz Lightfoot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jon Gardner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
