The supporters of Saint Dorris Dynamoes booed when 419 OBI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darryl Beck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barney Singleton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ritchie Waterhouse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ritchie Waterhouse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Prutton scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Barney Singleton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ritchie Waterhouse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Prutton took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barney Singleton. Barney Singleton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ritchie Waterhouse in the 29th minute of play forced 419 OBI FC's goalkeeper Barney Singleton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Ritchie Waterhouse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saint Dorris Dynamoes's supporters rose to their feet, but Ritchie Waterhouse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barney Singleton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Barney Singleton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ritchie Waterhouse, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Barney Singleton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ritchie Waterhouse in the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Ritchie Waterhouse left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saint Dorris Dynamoes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Ritchie Waterhouse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Barney Singleton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Prutton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ritchie Waterhouse made a kick off. In the 56th match minute, 419 OBI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darryl Beck to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the match, Saint Dorris Dynamoes's Bart Hutchins broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The attack was good, but when Ritchie Waterhouse in the 61st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Ritchie Waterhouse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ritchie Waterhouse got free with Barney Singleton in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Saint Dorris Dynamoes fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Saint Dorris Dynamoes's Ritchie Waterhouse looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Barney Singleton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ritchie Waterhouse in the 70th minute of play. Barney Singleton didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 71st minute, which inside left pole to 0-6. 419 OBI FC's Barney Singleton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Foster in the 75th minute of play. Samuel Prutton came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Barney Singleton could save by the left post. The corner led Saint Dorris Dynamoes's Bart Hutchins to fire away a dangerous shot which Barney Singleton despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Barney Singleton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ritchie Waterhouse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind 419 OBI FC's goalkeeper Barney Singleton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Samuel Prutton came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Saint Dorris Dynamoes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Prutton couldn't finish the play. Barney Singleton made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Samuel Prutton sent off a good shot on target.
