Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Theo Bamford started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, Lytham City's Connor Wendon got control of the ball when Max Corbett tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 6th minute, Glyn Munday hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute of the match Benji Rayner sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Connor Wendon skillfully saved the ball. If Bryan Carey-Bertram had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Connor Wendon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bryan Carey-Bertram, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Max Corbett took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Connor Wendon. Connor Wendon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 29th minute, Roger Blackwood hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Connor Wendon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryan Carey-Bertram in the 32nd minute of the match. Connor Wendon made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Bryan Carey-Bertram sent off a good shot on target. Bryan Carey-Bertram fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Connor Wendon having to interfere. If Bryan Carey-Bertram had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Max Corbett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Connor Wendon having to interfere.

In the 56th minute, Bryan Carey-Bertram ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Connor Wendon was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Connor Wendon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Max Corbett went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bryan Carey-Bertram in the 74th minute of play forced Lytham City's goalkeeper Connor Wendon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Waterfoot getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Roger Blackwood hit a great ball. In the 78th minute Max Corbett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Connor Wendon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Connor Wendon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Max Corbett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Max Corbett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lytham City's Connor Wendon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bryan Carey-Bertram in the 87th minute of play. After 90 played minutes, Waterfoot's Graeme Commons shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Connor Wendon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Waterfoot reached it. Waterfoot walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
