Geoff Dunne acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 4th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Noel Bannatyne. John-Paul Higgins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geoff Dunne having to interfere. After 21 played minutes Leave it yeh! got a freekick which was hit by Barrie Maskell. A hard shot by Noel Bannatyne from long distance, 22 minutes into the match, got Geoff Dunne's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Ivor Cobb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ethan Broadbent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dom Saville in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Romeo Sparks got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 32 played minutes Leave it yeh! got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Sparks. In the 38th minute, Dom Saville left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leave it yeh! fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 42 played minutes Leave it yeh! got a freekick which was hit by Dom Saville. After having played for 46 minutes, John-Paul Higgins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CHELSEA UNITED's supporters crossed their fingers, but John-Paul Higgins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Gaz Francis kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Ethan Broadbent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dom Saville, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeo Sparks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Dom Saville managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leave it yeh!'s supporters rose to their feet, but Dom Saville was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ethan Broadbent breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Geoff Dunne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivor Cobb in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, one of Leave it yeh!:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Leave it yeh!. Leave it yeh!'s Geoff Dunne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivor Cobb in the 78th minute of play. Romeo Sparks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd match minute, Leave it yeh! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blair Gower to maneuver through the defense. Noel Bannatyne, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Dom Saville sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st match minute, Leave it yeh! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johnathan Seaward to maneuver through the defense. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
